On the day you join, Sheree-Ann builds your health roadmap for the year ahead. Your travel calendar, your work pressures, your biology, your goals — all of it. You leave with a document that is entirely yours. This is where the year begins.
Weekly 1:1 Sessions — All 52 of Them
Same time, every week, for a full year. Protected. Non-negotiable. Sheree-Ann is not double-booked, distracted, or delegating. You have her complete attention, every week, without exception.
Priority Access — Day or Night
Between sessions, Sheree-Ann is available. Not a team. Not a portal. Her. When something shifts, when something urgent arises, when you need a perspective at 11pm before a board meeting — she is there.
Your Private Pause — A Day Retreat in Europe
Once a year, you and Sheree-Ann spend a day together. A private retreat in a city chosen for you — Paris, Milan, Florence. Travel arranged. The day held entirely around you. This is where the deeper work happens away from your desk, your diary, and everything that demands your attention.
